Health And Well-Being
First Aid Course: Learn the basics of First Aid in and around the home. Sign up at reception.
Cook & Taste for residents of Kensington and Chelsea: Learn to prepare simple nutritious and economical meals and sample the dishes you've prepared during this fun, hands on 6-week course. Breast Cancer Rehabilitation Exercise Sessions: for people living with and beyond breast cancer. Learn to exercise safely and effectively, regain confidence and fitness, and meet with like-minded people in a supportive and sociable atmosphere. Each session consists of 1 hour of safe and effective individualised exercise followed by a half hour of informal social time. For more inofrmation ring New Horizons on 7590 8970.

This is your opportunity to help us "get it right". Come with your feedback, comments and suggestions, with any questions you may have about the running of the centre, or to hear what other members have to say. Your presence at these meetings will help shape the future of New Horizons, including the activities on offer. Meetings are held every other month in the Cafe.

Covering centre news, members' views and experiences, quizzes, creative writing and much more, it is an enjoyable reflection of the remarkable talents and interests of members.
