New Horizons "Multi Activity" centre is a modern, lively, convivial centre for all those aged 50 and over. At New Horizons we celebrate age, stage and experience. Our aim is to promote active lifestyles and independence. Whether you are looking for new challenges, health support or the opportunity to make new acquaintances, do come and see all that we have to offer.
The Bradbury Orangery Café will be open from 9.30-4.00pm for food and drinks. (Last service 4.00pm)

BUILDING CONFIDENCE TO EXERCISE WORKSHOP with Lucy Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. 12pm -1pm, £1.25 per session.
EXPERT PATIENTS PROGRAMME For anyone living with a long-term condition, the Expert Patients Programme provides FREE support for people living with chronic conditions by increasing their knowledge, skills, confidence and motivation.
The programme is FREE to anyone living with a long-term condition in Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea or Westminster. The EPP is delivered in community settings for 2.5 hours a week, over six weeks, by two trained facilitators, one or both of whom are living with a long-term condition themselves.
